Recently, Architizer A+ Awards has officially announced its 2023 winners. Out of thousands of entries submitted from all over the world, less than 5% works can win the awards.
其中,中国知名设计企业 —— JLa设计集团凭借【长春保利城售楼中心】,不仅获得了250余名评审团成员的一致认可,而且从 40 万公众选票中脱颖而出,荣耀登榜素有“建筑界奥斯卡”之称的Architizer A+设计大奖。
China’s renowned design firm JLa has won the Architizer A+ Awards (known as the Oscar in Architecture), by virtue of its work Changchun Poly City Sales Center, which is recognized by over 250 jury and stood out from 400,000 public votes.

With a focus on the renewal of contemporary living and adhering to its corporate mission of "making life better, the central enterprise Poly Group has developed the future-oriented and vibrant contemporary work- Changchun Poly City Sales Center in the Chaoyang Economic Development Zone (one of the "four major areas"), Changchun(known as the "Spring City of the North") by injecting its profound knowledge of urban connotations into the new product language and life proposition. The hard and soft furnishings are designed by JLa Design Group and JLa Vermillion Gift.

The space’s narrative and artistic sublimation are driven by a flexible design formula that can be assembled, i.e. venue spirit x architectural logic x humanistic narrative x material research and creation x cross-border symbiosis = sustainable creative design. The design draws on the local spirit of Changchun City as a guide to extract a story line of urban evolution - a natural cycle of sprouting, blossoming and yielding fruits. The artistic incubation of the sky and clouds, and the interpretation of the material language, rigorously and tightly connect the texture, evolution and renewal of a city.
